[So, how many of you were used to Shizuo's hobo-chic look? Because that's gone, and now his look is pretty much back to how it originally was. Roots touched up, hair trimmed back to a more acceptable length, and being a bit bundled up makes him look practically presentable.

Currently though, he's more thoughtful than usual while walking out of his place.]

Anyone see... Ah, what was it again...? Minato? Minako, Makoto... Something like that. I haven't seen him around lately.

[You'd think if he was concerned, he'd remember Mikado's name a little better, but... Well, it's Shizuo. Other things are on his mind, too.]

Ah... I was also wondering. Do any of you count birthdays here?

But it kinda is! Or rather, years are complicated in being not a sweep.

Yeah, stuff like that too. It's like that stuff changes despite it all meaning the same thing. So why not just say what you mean in the first place.

Well, speaking for myself? I grew up with the words I use! And not all of them have direct equivalents in your culture, just...sort of things that kind of work out, but not really.

[He doesn't really get all of that, but he does get that growing up with a way people speak makes it normal to you. So he's not questioning it either.]
